CRITERIA – (plural noun) a principle or standard by which something may be judged or decided

Bell work:  Write in your planner.  Leave planner handy if you have a reading log. Obtain the following materials: IA Notebook, a pair of scissors, Anne Frank Plot Diagram (1)Scenes from Diary of Anne Frank 

Homework:

  • Obtain signature on BLUE page. Begin/ continue reading Night over the weekend.

  • Test on Anne is Thursday, 11/21, STUDY!!!!

  • Reading Log #11  (#10 for late credit)

  • Extra credit is due Wednesday

Classwork: 

  1. Cut apart the scenes and arrange them in the correct order.

  2. Decide where on the plot diagram (exposition, rising action, climax, falling action, and resolution) each scene belongs.

  3. Use Plot Diagram on page 17 of your IA Notebook to help you.

  4. Use textbook to help you determine the order of events

  5. When ready list how you put the order of these scenes together.  This will count as a formative grade and is due by the end of class.

  6. Work on 50 and 51 if needed

  7. Reread any parts of Anne which might help you with test on Thursday.

5th PERIOD—

  • Finish pages 50 and 51

  • Reading Log #11  (#10 for late credit)

  • Extra credit is due Wednesday
